Attorneys Vicki Podberesky and Tabitha Zimbert obtained a not guilty verdict for their client, a Pasadena Police Officer, charged with worker’s compensation fraud. Following several days of expert testimony, the jury acquitted the officer on all counts, clearing the way for the officer to seek reinstatement to the Department.
