Attorneys Richard Hirsch and Vicki Podberesky secure a not guilty verdict for a former manager of LandCare. The former manager was charged of aiding and abetting a vehicular manslaughter when a company truck picking up trash at Crescent Bay Park accidentally hit and killed a pedestrian on a walkway at Santa Monica Beach. The tragic incident was played out before a jury during a week- long trial, after which the client was fully exonerated of all charges.
